油條是經典的早餐搭配。久違地不吃一次的話,會有點嘴饞。

但是現在我們都特別注意健康飲食,儘量不要外出就餐。所以,如果你想吃油條,在家學做油條。這個方法其實很簡單,你可以用普通麵粉來做。

雖然也分享過幾次油條的方法,但是那種方法需要很長時間,製作需要很長時間,所以有點麻煩。這次揉麪時加入了一些酵母,大大縮短了油條的製作時間,成品油條的味道也更好,都是空心的,脆脆可口。

香脆空心大油條

[配料]麵粉、雞蛋、酵母、鹽、小蘇打、無鋁發酵粉

【具體方法】

麵粉1300克,鹽5克,小蘇打2克,無鋁發酵粉2克,雞蛋1個,酵母1~2克。

  1. 倒入140克溫水,攪拌成麪粉片,然後揉成光滑的麵糰。封條半小時後醒來,不要醒得太久。
  2. 在砧板上抹上防粘油,將醒麵糰放在上面,拉伸,壓平,然後整理成長方形的厚麪條。
  3. 切成大致相同寬度的寬條。兩劑之間有縫隙,用筷子把水條放上去。
  4. 把兩兩堆放在一起,然後把水條放在下面。然後用筷子垂直按壓,使兩劑藥更好地粘在一起。
  5. 將鍋裏的油加熱,將油條伸入鍋中,調到中低火,繼續油炸。油條會迅速膨脹,變得又大又脆。炸至表面呈金黃色,撈出。

這樣做的油條熱的時候特別脆。當你把它們拆開時,你會發現裏面有一個大坑。皮膚燒焦了,裏面很軟,味道很香。但它是香而不膩的。它比在外面買的更美味更健康。
