🧄食材:
麵糰配料:普通麵粉300g,開水260g。
餡料配料:紅糖90g,麵粉40個。
🥬做法:
1.麵糰加開水放涼一分鐘,倒入攪拌成絮狀後揉團成麵糰醒10分鐘。
2.40g麵粉加紅糖攪拌均勻做餡。
3.麵糰揉成小圓團,然後用手捏成圓皮,包入紅糖餡,收緊口輕輕壓扁成小餅,鍋加熱,放少許的油,然後放餅煎制兩面金黃出鍋,趁熱吃又軟又好吃。
