超好吃紅糖餅食譜教學

🧄食材:

麵糰配料:普通麵粉300g,開水260g。

餡料配料:紅糖90g,麵粉40個。

🥬做法:

1.麵糰加開水放涼一分鐘,倒入攪拌成絮狀後揉團成麵糰醒10分鐘。

2.40g麵粉加紅糖攪拌均勻做餡。

3.麵糰揉成小圓團,然後用手捏成圓皮,包入紅糖餡,收緊口輕輕壓扁成小餅,鍋加熱,放少許的油,然後放餅煎制兩面金黃出鍋,趁熱吃又軟又好吃。

Ingredients: 90g brown sugar, 40 flour.

🥬 Approach:

  1. Add boiling water to the dough and cool for 1 minute. Stir in the dough to form floccules. Then knead the dough to wake up for 10 minutes.

Mix 2.40g flour with brown sugar to make filling.

  1. Crush the dough into a small round shape, wrap it in brown sugar filling, tighten the mouth to make a small cake, heat the pan, put a little oil, then fry the cake out of the pan, eat while it’s hot and soft.
